Meet D.J. “Winnin” Shields D.J. was born in Mesa, Az but spent most of his life in Texas.. DJ started playing football, baseball, and basketball at age of 5. He completed a perfect 10-0 record his senior year pitching leading the Pottsboro Cardinals to the playoffs. He then went on to play college baseball at Brookhaven Juco in Dallas, Tx. His non traditional road here has been a journey! 

D.J. was one of the lead singers of a boy band in the 2,000’s that opened open for artist like Chingy, Mario, B2K, Jessica Simpson and more. 

Following his music days, D.J. pursued his path in Sports Management. D.J. would meet this then partner Adrian Bradley and they would form A&D Sports Management. He would go ok to work with athletes such as Felix Jones, Raymond Radway, Marion Barber, Dwayne Harris, Tyson Thompson of the Dallas Cowboys and expand into New York with Josh Baker, Marcus Dixon from the NY Jets, Andy Tanner of the New Orleans Saints and many more. Sports have always been where his heart is and he cannot wait to bring you his energy and and enthusiasm to a city near you!
